Who is the Dream Wedding Blueprint for? The Dream Wedding Blueprint is designed for couples who are planning most of their wedding themselves and want a clear system to help them know what to focus on, what decisions need to be made, and what comes next. It can also work alongside a day-of or month-of coordinator.

What’s included in the Dream Wedding Blueprint? You’ll receive the Dream Wedding Blueprint Wedding Workbook and 13 guided planning sessions that walk you through the planning process from your starting point through wedding week. The workbook includes your Planning Overview, Planning Roadmap, Vendor Hub, Wedding Day Plan, and the worksheets and tools you’ll use along the way.

What if I’m already partway through planning? That’s okay. Your wedding date helps determine where you are in the planning process. When you join, you’ll be able to catch up on the planning guidance for the stages you’ve already passed, then continue forward from there.

How do the planning sessions work? The 13 guided planning sessions are organized around your wedding timeline. Each one walks you through what needs your attention at that stage, the decisions you should be working through, and how to use your workbook as you go. The goal is to keep you focused on what matters now instead of trying to plan everything at once.

Is this a replacement for a wedding planner? No. Dream Wedding Blueprint is designed to help you plan your own wedding with more structure and guidance. It does not manage vendors, make decisions on your behalf, or coordinate your wedding day. If you want someone physically managing the logistics on your wedding day, I still recommend hiring a day-of or month-of coordinator.

What happens if my wedding date changes? You can update the wedding date you’re planning toward. Because your planning experience is organized around your wedding date, your upcoming planning guidance can adjust with it.

How do I access everything after I purchase? You’ll create your Weddings by Kate account during the purchase process. That account is where you’ll access your Dream Wedding Blueprint experience, including your planning sessions and resources. You’ll also receive emails along the way directing you to the planning guidance that’s relevant to where you are in your wedding timeline.

Can I download and print the Wedding Workbook? Yes. The Wedding Workbook is provided as a downloadable PDF, so you can use it digitally or print it if you prefer working on paper.

What is the refund policy? Because Dream Wedding Blueprint includes digital materials that are made available after purchase, purchases are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
